30 minutes.

Each day, I try to set aside at least 30 minutes of meditation and prayer. I usually do this late at night or very early morning so my boys are still asleep and I could concentrate on my meditation. You see, this routine has helped me to avoid negative thoughts for the whole day. If I am not successful in my yoga, I have been successful with my meditation.
