...and this too.

A few hours from now, it will be March. How time flies! I was just blogging about my New Year's resolutions and now, we have reached the 3rd month of the year. And yes, I am still here trying to purge as much documents, files and finish up my to do list before a new month finally comes in. One of the things that I have been procrastinating is finding a good online life insurance as we need to change and upgrade our current package. If only I have a similar working table then it would be easier for me to work and finish what I need to in a day's worth.

Cheers to a happy and blessed March y'all!

affordability vs reliability

So our movie night is done and both Coco before Chanel and Inglorious Bastards kept both of us up and about in these wee hours. I took advantage of my energy to look for a more comprehensive yet affordable health insurance package online. This is not for us because we are dependents' of DH's employers' very affordable health insurance but for DH's Uncle who recently retired from his day job.

You see, health insurance, though costly sometimes, should be a top priority of every working individual. It is good if it is part of the medical benefits being offered by your employer but for those who are self-employed or run a business, should make it a point to have a health insurance that would keep them secured in times of emergency. If you are looking for one, head out to America Health Insurance website for affordable yet very reliable health insurance packages.

more solutions

I was very happy to find out that a couple of my friends back home are now part-time businesswomen. Part-time, because they still manage to maintain their full-time day jobs while making sure that their businesses are doing great. Kudos to them for their determination and hard work. In fact, one of them have already put up a 2nd branch of her nail spa. How I wish I could go and visit both of her branches soon. I have seen the photos and I was amazed by the ambience and number of customers her nail spas have. She did not go to any business school nor was she a graduate of any business course but because of her passion and love for nail services, everything followed well and she is lucky to have loyal customers. Anyways, she is still trying to decipher some important factors that could keep up with her business operations such as maintaining a reliable and accurate Billing Books. Good thing though, as there are a lot of online invoicing and invoicing software available online. Particularly, she is keen at getting this billing software from BillingBooks.com. She asked for my opinion but unfortunately, I am not the right person to be asked when it comes to things that related with numbers, hee hee. I wish both of these friends the best of luck in their chosen businesses.

What's your Dream for 2010.

Do you keep a dreamboard every year? I used to do this back in college then when I got married, it became a mental dreamboard hee hee. This year, I plan to make a combined Dreamboard with DH. So before I check bell tv, let me share with you something nice I saw at WikiHow. How to make your DREAMBOARD.
  1. You can either gather a stack of magazines (around 50 to 100), search for specific images on Google.
  2. Go through each magazine and cut out any random pictures that appeal to you, and search Google.
  3. Purchase a magnetic board or a large blank painting canvas that is pre-strung on a timber frame and paper glue.
  4. Schedule some time in your diary for cutting and gluing day!
  5. On the day, put on your favorite inspiring music, make some coffee or whatever you like to drink.
  6. Cut out the pictures neatly and stick them on your board.
  7. Place the dream board beside your bed or in your office and look at it at least twice a day for about 5 minutes.
  8. You will notice in the following 12 months that you are starting to achieve some of the dreams you have stuck on your board.
  9. Begin collecting pictures for next year’s dream board.
  10. Include family members in this project.
